Product Features:
The key features or advantages of Kraft paper (PCB lamination press paper/cushion Kraft paper/buffering paper/hot press paper) are detailed as below:
1. Higher temperature resistance: our Kraft paper has a higher heat resistance than commonly used traditional Kraft paper, does not carbonize, is not easily brittle, and can withstand high temperatures of 220 degrees Celsius for 125 minutes, meeting the needs of lead-free soldering.
2. Good thermal elasticity (physical buffering), high flatness, stable heat transfer performance, and moderate heat transfer rate.
3. Good breathability and physical cushioning to increase the product's usage frequency.
4. Non stick steel plate, no chips falling off.
Product Performance:
1. Conventional weight in grams: 160g/cm2, 190g/cm2, 254g/cm2, 320g/cm2.
2. Keeping the moisture content of the paper below 7% can avoid adhesion between Kraft paper sheets and/or between steel plates during the pressing process.
3. The uniformity of paper thickness is stable in the range of +/-0.02mm, which can better ensure the balanced distribution of laminating pressure (good physical buffering) and stable heat transfer (good thermal buffering).
